Please take a moment to read the information below before placing your order!

Thank you so much for supporting my shop! 

• Current ongoing group orders are listed below for your reference!
• Orders are packed and shipped every 1–2 weekends. If an item becomes unavailable, your order will automatically be treated as a pre-order.
• Order and shipping updates will be posted on my Instagram and saved in the "Shop" highlight.
• My helper and I run this shop alongside our full-time jobs, so thank you for your patience and understanding!

✦ Shipping Information

• All shipping options include tracked shipping by default.
• Due to parcel weight limits, orders containing more than one book require the Additional Shipping Fee add-on. If your order exceeds the weight limit and the add-on isn't included, I may need to cancel your order.
• Please double-check that your shipping name and address are complete and accurate, including apartment/unit numbers, floor numbers, or any other important delivery details.
• Once your parcel has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal service. Packages may be delayed due to customs inspections, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply.
• You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your shipping label has been created.
• As I work full-time, I am only able to pack and ship orders on weekends.

✦ US Orders

International shipping to the United States is currently very expensive.

If you're located in the US, I highly recommend joining a Group Order to save on shipping costs.

Instagram DMs are also welcome, but emails are preferred as DMs can occasionally get buried.

✦ Shop Policies

• All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted.
• I cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages that are lost by the postal service, damaged during transit, delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or have missing contents due to shipping issues.
• My helper and I carefully inspect and package every order to help ensure it arrives safely, but unfortunately we cannot control how parcels are handled once they leave our hands.
